The Responsible Business League comprises groups of students acting as CSR Ambassadors in local communities. Through various projects implemented all over Poland, the Responsible Business League reaches persons and institutions interested in broadening their knowledge of good business practice.

As part of a regular series of meetings, students have a chance to listen to experts who deal with sustainable development and responsible business issues on a daily basis.

The Responsible Business League was established in April 2004 as a joint initiative between the Responsible Business Forum and three academic societies: the ‘CSRtywni’ of Łódź University, the ‘BOSS’ Socially Responsible Business circle of the Wrocław Academy of Economics and the ‘Stratega’ circle of Gdańsk University. Currently, the League works with several dozen students’ organisations in educational and social projects at the local, national and international levels.

The organisations grouped within the Responsible Business League have been gaining importance as a voice of opinion and a business partner; they initiate local activities and dialogue between entrepreneurs, the government administration, the academic world, NGOs and the media. The League itself is a good example of how to build long-term relationships with its environment on a daily basis, even despite challenging circumstances.

The Responsible Business League promotes good examples and positive paradigms of entrepreneurship, be it on a small, medium, large or global scale.

The League is a platform for local community stakeholders to get to know each other, work together and engage in dialogue, with the common goal of creating a good climate for responsibility.
