15.05.2014 Appointment of Supervisory Board for new term of office
On May 15th 2014, the Annual General Meeting of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA appointed the Company's Supervisory Board for a new three-year term of office.
The newly appointed Supervisory Board members are: Wojciech Chmielewski, Bogusław Nadolnik, Agnieszka Trzaskalska, Agnieszka Woś, Janusz Pilitowski, Andrzej Janiak, Sławomir Borowiec, Magdalena Zegarska and Ryszard Wąsowicz.
The new Supervisory Board will be constituted at its first meeting, to be held on May 20th 2014.
