The Management Board of Polish Oil and Gas Company (“PGNiG”) hereby informs that the PGNiG will publish its periodical reports in 2016 on the following dates:
Unconsolidated annual report 2015 04.03.2016
Consolidated annual report 2015 04.03.2016
Consolidated quarterly report I quarter 2016 09.05.2016
Consolidated half-yearly I half of 2016 12.08.2016
Consolidated quarterly report III quarter 2016 09.11.2016
In relation to Art. 83 item 1 and item 3 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodical information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions of consideration of information required by the law of non-member country’s law as equal (“the Regulation”), consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated half-yearly report will include unconsolidated quarterly reports and unconsolidated half-yearly report, respectively. Thus PGNiG will not publish a separate unconsolidated quarterly reports and a separate unconsolidated half-yearly report.
In relation to Art. 102 item 1 of the Regulation PGNiG resigned from publication of quarterly report for Q4 2015 and in relation to Art. 101 item 2 of the Regulation PGNiG also resigned from publication of quarterly report for Q2 2016.
