The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”, “Company”) hereby reports that on December 13th 2017 the Company received a copy of petition filed with the Regional Court in Warsaw by one of the shareholders to repeal the resolution no 1/IX/2017 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of PGNiG convened for September 13th 2017.
