Change in the tariff for gaseous fuel pricesCurrent report No. 141/2005 dated 15 December 2005The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG") hereby announces that on 15 December 2005, it was informed by the Energy Regulatory Office of the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office dated 14 December 2005 on extending the effective term of tariff No. 1/2003 originally approved on 16 September 2003 (as amended under the decisions of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office dated 12 September 2005, 16 June 2005, 1 March 2005, 16 December 2004 and 28 July 2004) until 31 March 2005 and on approving the change in the tariff for gaseous fuel prices. The table below presents the amended gaseous fuel prices for tariff groups of high-methane gas and nitrogenised gas customers, as well as the standing charges.
