Changes in the composition of the Management Board of PGNiG S.A.Current Report No. 130/2005 dated 25 November 2005The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo Spółka Akcyjna (“PGNiG", the “Company") hereby announces that Mr. Marek Kossowski resigned today as President of the Management Board of PGNiG, effective from 25 November 2005.Mr. Kossowski reiterated the justification for his resignation that was presented in his letter of 17 November 2005 to the Supervisory Board of PGNiG (see Current Report No. 125/2005 dated 17 November 2005).The Management Board of PGNiG further announces that the Supervisory Board of PGNiG today suspended the following Vice-Presidents of the Management Board:• Mr. Marek Fołtynowicz; and• Mr. Paweł Kamiński.After the Supervisory Board of PGNiG adopted the decision on suspending the Vice-Presidents listed above, Mr. Paweł Kamiński submitted his resignation as a Vice-President of the Management Board of PGNiG with immediate effect, and submitted the appropriate letter to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PGNiG.As a result of the decisions adopted today by the Supervisory Board of PGNiG, the following persons now comprise the Management Board of PGNiG:• Mr. Jan Anysz, Vice-President of the Management Board;• Mr. Mieczysław Jakiel, Vice-President of the Management Board; and• Mr. Franciszek Krok, Vice-President of the Management Board.The competences of the President of the Management Board were assigned to Mr. Jan Anysz.
