Removal of Mr Jerzy Kurella as Vice-President of the PGNiG Management Board for Trade

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG", "Company") reports that today the PGNiG Supervisory Board, acting under Par. 33.3.1 of the Company's Articles of Association, adopted a resolution, effective today, to remove Mr Jerzy Kurella from the PGNiG Management Board and as Vice-President of the PGNiG Management Board for Trade.
