The Ticketing Service is offered by Orlen upon flexible terms and conditions regarding the size of emergency stock. The Customer may meet statutory obligations to maintain emergency stocks of gas without the obligation to purchase additional volumes for storage purposes.

The Ticketing Service is provided based on the Ticketing Service Contract. The execution of the Contract is subject to prior consent of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (Urząd Regulacji Energetyki, URE). The obligation to acquire the consent of the President of URE is stipulated in the Law of 16 February 2007 on Stocks of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products and Natural Gas and on the Procedures to be Applied in the Event of Threat to National Fuel Security or Disruptions on the Petroleum Market (Journal of Laws Dz. U. 2022, Item 1537). Please be advised that as a part of the conclusion of the Ticketing Service Contract process entities with no previous history of cooperation with Orlen or in particular cases Orlen’s Customers are obliged to provide specific company data for the purpose of counterparty verification and assessment of its credit worthiness. It is a standard procedure applied by Orlen in relation to new Customers or in particular cases applied to Orlen’s Customers.
After the emergency stock is released, relevant terms and conditions of the Ticketing Service Contract apply.
