Dividend for 2012 of PLN 0.13 per share
On May 22nd 2013, the Annual General Meeting of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA granted discharge to all members of the Company's Management and Supervisory Boards in respect of their performance of duties in 2012, and made a decision concerning distribution of net profit for the 2012 financial year.

PGNiG Group Q1 2013 financial performance
The PGNiG Group has reported PLN 1.07bn in net profit for Q1 2013, relative to PLN 333m for the corresponding period of the previous year. This marked growth was made possible by the increased production and sale of oil following the launch of two strategic projects - the LMG fields, with Poland's largest oil and gas extraction facility, and the start of production on the Skarv field in Norway.

Competition for positions on the PGNiG SA Management Board
The Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA has initiated a competitive procedure for selection of members of the Management Board of PGNiG SA, in the positions of President and Vice President of Sales. The Supervisory Board will be supported in the candidate selection procedure by the MMA Sp. z o.o. Sp. k advisory firm (AMROP), which specialises in the recruitment of senior management positions.

PGNiG SA to acquire PGNiG Energia in pursuit of its short-term strategy
Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA will acquire its wholly-owned subsidiary PGNiG Energia. The merger is another step in the PGNiG Group's short-term value creation strategy for the years 2012-2014, unveiled towards the end of 2012.

PGNiG and TAURON secure financing for the Stalowa Wola CHP plant project
Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo and TAURON Polska Energia have completed the process of securing financing for the construction of a CHP plant in Stalowa Wola, the largest gas-fired unit of its kind in Poland.

PGNiG Group – record-high gas sales in Q1 2013
