Signing of annex to Individual Contract for gas fuel supplies to ORLEN Group

Further to Current Report No. 36/2020 of June 25th 2020 and Current Report No. 66/2020 of December 22nd 2020, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”) announces that on December 22nd 2020 PGNiG and Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”) signed an annex to the Individual Contract under the framework agreement for gas fuel supplies to the ORLEN Group, dated September 29th 2016 (“Individual Contract”).
The annex takes into account the future natural gas demand of the Ostrołęka C Power Plant and prolongs the duration of the Individual Contract until December 31st 2027, with an option to extend it further until December 31st 2028. The applied pricing formula is based on gas market price indices.

Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
