Update of information regarding compensation from Price Difference Payment Fund for PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny

Further to Current Reports: No. 13/2022 of March 7th 2022, No. 20/2022 of April 4th 2022 and No. 44/2022 of August 2nd 2022, The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG” or the “Company”) announces that on September 29, 2022, its subsidiary PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o.o. (“PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny") received a total of PLN 906.7m in tranches of compensation from the Price Difference Payment Fund pursuant to Art. 8.1 of the Act of January 26th 2022 on Special Solutions for the Protection of Gas Fuel Consumers in View of the Situation on the Gas Market (the “Compensation”).
In the period from March 7, 2022 to September 29, 2022, PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny received a total of PLN 6.455bn in tranches of Compensation.
As PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny is among the entities entitled to receive the Compensation.
