Management Board President’s duties entrusted for temporary period

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG” or the “Company”) announces that on October 28th 2020 the Supervisory Board of PGNiG, acting pursuant to § 32 of the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted a resolution to entrust the duties of the President of the Management Board of PGNiG to Mr. Jarosław Wróbel, the Vice President of the Company’s Management Board, for the period until the qualification procedure for the position of the President of the Management Board of the Company is resolved.
