The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG", “the Company”) reports that today, i.e. 21 October 2020, Mr. Jerzy Kwieciński tendered his resignation from serving in the capacity of the President of the Management Board Member of PGNiG effective at the end of October 22, 2020.
