Decision of the President of URE's regarding the Polska Spółka Gazownictwa’s tariff rates

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) hereby reports that the Company obtained an information about the confirmation of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o.’s Gas Fuel Distribution Gas Tariff No. 10 (“Distribution Tariff”) by the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office's (“President of URE’s”) dated 17th December 2021.
The average increase of network feesused for settlements with customers, excluding coke-oven gas customers, in the Distribution Tariff in relation to current tariff for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. amounts to approximately 3.6%.
In accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act, the Distribution Tariff should be introduced to act not earlier than after 14 days and no later than 45 days from the date of its publication by the President of URE’s. Pursuant to the decision of the President of the URE’s, the Distribution Tariff will be in force until December 31st, 2022.
