Change of publication date of the consolidated financial statement for third quarter of 2021

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA reports that the date of disclosure to the public of the consolidated financial statement for third quarter of 2021 shall be changed to November 25th 2021. The publication date had originally been set for November 18th 2021, as reported in Current Report No. 3/2021 of January 27th 2021.
