President of URE’s decision on Retail Tariff of PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG” or the “Company”) has been notified of the approval, by way of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office’s (“URE”) decision of September 16th, 2021 of The Change No. 3 to Tariff of PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Gas Fuel Trading Tariff No. 10 (“The Change No. 3 to Retail Tariff”).
The increase of gas fuel price in The Change No. 3 to Retail Tariff relative to the previous PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o.o. retail tariff for all tariff groups amounts to 7.4%. Subscription fees remain unchanged. The Change No. 3 to Retail Tariff applies only to household clients.
The Change No. 3 to Retail Tariff will apply from October 1st 2021 and will be in force until December 31st, 2021.
