06.12.2007 The Supervisory Board of PGNiG, at the meeting on 5 December 2007, reviewed the applications under the recruitment procedure for Board members of PGNiG

Overall, 33 applications were received, which were submitted by 30 individuals One application was withdrawn prior to the Supervisory Board meeting and, as a result, 32 applications were considered.

Following detailed review of the documents to verify the compliance with the requirements  set out in the recruitment announcements, 29 applications were approved for further procedure. Three applications were rejected by resolutions of the Supervisory Board due to formal reasons.

Detailed breakdown of the applications by position is as follows:

4 - for the position of the President of the Management Board of PGNiG,

6 - for the position of the Vice‑President of the Management Board of PGNiG in charge of strategic projects,

6 - for the position of the Vice‑President of the Management Board of PGNiG in charge of trade and marketing,

10 - for the position of the Vice‑President of the Management Board of PGNiG in charge of technology and investments,

3 - for the position of the Vice‑President of the Management Board of PGNiG in charge of economics and finance,

Today, all candidates who qualified for the second round were notified thereof by registered mail.

Interviews with the candidates will be held at the Supervisory Board meetings on 18, 19 and 20 December.
