10.05.2012 The Management Board of PGNiG SA reaches compromise with trade unions

The talks between the Management Board of PGNiG SA and PGNiG SA's Union Coordination Commission, which began on Wednesday, led to the signing of a new agreement concerning introduction of an annual bonus in place of the existing bonus from profit. The new bonus will be performance-linked.

According to the adopted document, both Parties undertake to work out uniform rules at PGNiG SA and at the PGNiG Group for the creation of a fund from which annual bonuses will be paid to employees. The new agreement will make it possible to develop a modern incentive scheme, linked to the performance of the Group entities.

The agreement ended the first stage of the negotiations. In addition, the Parties agreed to review other agreements concerning e.g. the Group's organisational structure, and to attempt to work out new documents that would best serve the interests of all employees and investors.
