28.02.2012 PGNiG SA to extend public consultations on the Gas Deregulation Programme

In response to the enormous interest in public consultations on the proposed draft of the Gas Deregulation Programme, PGNiG SA has decided to extend the consultation process by two weeks, until March 13th 2012.

The draft Gas Deregulation Programme has been prepared based on the recommendations of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office for gas deregulation in Poland dated November 15th 2011, as well as the natural gas prices deregulation roadmap dated December 22nd 2011.

The Programme's objective is to create a market environment in which it will be possible to deregulate gas prices for institutional customers.
