22.10.2007 PGNiG assigns the rights to PGNiG Norway
PGNiGassigns the rights and obligations under the agreement for the acquisition ofinterests in licenses on the Norwegian Continental Shelf to PGNiG Norway
On 19 October 2007 an agreement was signed,whereby all rights and obligations arising under the agreement for the acquisition of interests in licenses PL212, PL212B and PL262 on the Norwegian Continental Shelf concluded on 28 February 2007 between PGNiG and Mobil Development Norway A/S and ExxonMobil Production Norway Inc. were assigned to PGNiG Norway AS.
The agreement will take effect on 30 October 2007, i.e. on the closing date of the transaction in respect of the acquisition of the interests in licenses PL212, PL212B and PL262 on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
