The frame agreement provides a basis for the completion of individualtransactions for natural gas supply. It sets forth the general termsgoverning the relationship in respect of natural gas supply, whilst thedetails concerning specific deliveries (e.g. quantity and price) willbe defined each time upon execution of the relevant transaction.
 
Theframe agreement contains provisions that give PGNiG access to thedelivery points of Norwegian gas in Europe. Thereby PGNiG will be ableto purchase gas in the periods of increased demand and resell anypotential surplus volumes. The frame agreement has been concluded foran indefinite term.
