Gazprom's gas supplies to Poland consistent with orders

Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (PGNiG SA) and Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. announce that on March 6th 2015 Gazprom confirmed that gas supplies to Poland from across its eastern border would be delivered in volumes requested.

In 2014, the PGNiG Group earned over PLN 2.8bn in net profit, up 47% year on year, driven by lower gas procurement costs and strong operating performance in the Distribution segment.

PGNiG applauds the Polish Handball Team

PGNiG to continue work in the Tomaszów Lubelski licence area

In view of the announcement by Chevron Polska Energy Resources Sp. z o.o. concerning its withdrawal from potential upstream projects in Poland, Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (PGNiG) reports that the Majdan Sopocki well and seismic surveys provided for in the agreement executed between the companies in March 2014 have been completed.

PGNiG granted another operatorship licence in Norway

PGNiG Upstream International (“PGNiG UI”), a subsidiary of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA, has been awarded, as the licence operator, a 40% interest in the PL 799 licence in the Norwegian See. PGNiG UI’s new licence partners are Statoil Petroleum AS, VNG Norge AS and Explora Petroleum AS, each holding a 20% interest.

Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA and LOTOS Petrobaltic signed an agreement for joint operations on the Górowo Iławeckie licence in north-eastern Poland.
