Fulfilment of the condition precedent under the Master Agreement for Supply of Gaseous Fuel for Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola SA

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”, the “Company”) reports it was notified on July 7th 2011 that one of two conditions precedent under the Master Agreement for Supply of Gaseous Fuel („the Agreement”) between PGNiG SA and Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola SA of Stalowa Wola(“ECSW”) has fulfilled.
The condition referred to above concerns delivery by ECSW to PGNiG of the agreement on connection of the CCGT unit in Stalowa Wola to the transmission system operator's network.
The fulfilment of this condition does not result in the entry into force of the Agreement which will become effective upon fulfilment of both conditions precedent in the Agreement as reported by the Company in Current Report No. 34/2011 of March 11th 2011.
