Changes in the composition of the PGNiG Management Board
Current Report No. 92/2015Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG") hereby reports that on December 11th 2015 the Supervisory Board decided to remove Mr Mariusz Zawisza from the PGNiG Management Board and as President of the PGNiG Management Board, Mr Jarosław Bauc from the PGNiG Management Board and as Vice-President of the PGNiG Management Board for Finance and Mr Zbigniew Skrzypkiewicz from the PGNiG Management Board and as Vice-President of the PGNiG Management Board for Exploration and Production.
