Change in the tariff for gaseous fuel pricesCurrent report No. 89/2006 dated December 16th ,2006The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) hereby announces that on December 16th, 2006, it was informed by the Energy Regulatory Office of the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office dated December 15th, 2006 approving the change in the tariff for gaseous fuel prices. The tariff will be valid for 3 months, starting form 1 January 2007.
