Change of deadlines for submitting applications concerning the previously announced recruitment process for positions in the Management Board of PGNiG S.A.Current Report No. 86/2007 of November 5th 2007The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”, “Company”) hereby reports that the Supervisory Board of PGNiG, at its meeting held on November 5th 2007, resolved to extend the deadlines for submitting applications concerning the recruitment process (announced in the Rzeczpospolita daily on October 15th 2007) for the following positions in the Company:- President of the Management Board- Member of the Management Board – Vice-President responsible for Finance and Economy- Member of the Management Board – Vice-President responsible for Technology and Investments- Member of the Management Board – Vice-President responsible for Sales and Marketing- Member of the Management Board – Vice-President responsible for Strategic ProjectsApplications – to be opened on December 5th 2007 – should be submitted by November 30th 2007.(see also Current Report No. 78/2007 of October 10th 2007)
