Decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority concerning change in the Gaseous Fuel Tariff

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) hereby reports that on December 16th 2010 PGNiG was notified about change of Gaseous Fuel Tariff of PGNiG SA approved under Decision No. DTA-4212-53(8)/2010/652/III/AG (“Tariff”) issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority (“the President of URE”) on December 16th 2010. The Tariff was published in Biuletyn Branżowy URE – Paliwa gazowe no. 66/2010 (381) on December 16th 2010.
The Tariff will be implemented pursuant to Art. 47.4 of the Polish Energy Law, after 14 days and no later than 45 days from the date of the Tariff’s publication.
According to above regulations the date of the Tariff’s implementation was settled to January 1st 2011 and will remain in effect until March 31st 2011.
