Updated information on collective labour dispute between PGNiG trade unions and the employer

Further to Current Report No. 47/2015 of May 21st 2015 and Current Report No. 80/2015 of November 4th 2015, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”, “Company”) announces that it has been notified that a protest action will take place in front of the Company's Head Office on November 24th 2015.
The Management Board declares that it will make every effort to resolve the dispute with due regard to the Company’s financial capacity.
