The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo Spółka Akcyjna (“PGNiG”) hereby reports that on July 22nd 2009 it received a notification, made under Art. 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, concerning transaction in PGNiG shares executed by a Proxy – Mr Mieczysław Jakiel.
