Opening of executive recruitment process for membership on the Management Board of PGNiG SA

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”, “the Company”) reports that at the meeting held on December 1st 2010 the Supervisory Board of PGNiG decided to open an executive recruitment process for the following positions:
– President of the PGNiG Management Board,
– Member of the PGNiG Management Board responsible for finance,
– Member of the PGNiG Management Board responsible for production,
– Member of the PGNiG Management Board responsible for strategy and sales.
An announcement of the recruitment process will be published in the Rzeczpospolita daily on December 9th 2010. The candidates may submit their applications at the offices of the Company’s Management Board (room 215) from December 9th to December 23rd 2010. Applications will be opened on December 28th 2010.
The candidates will be interviewed at the offices of the Company’s Management Board. The interviews will be held from January 12th to January 14th 2011.
The recruitment process will be carried out in accordance with the Recruitment Process Rules.
