Court Registration of Amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of AssociationCurrent Report No. 78/2006 dated November 4th, 2006The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG") reports that on November 3rd 2006 it received the decision issued by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, dated November 3rd 2006, concerning registration of amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of Association adopted by virtue of Resolution No. 2 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PGNiG held on October 26th 2006.The consolidated text of the Articles of Association will be published after its approval by the Supervisory Board of PGNiG, pursuant to Par. 33.1.8 of PGNiG’s Articles of Association.
