Fulfillment of Condition Precedent under the Annex to Agreement between PGNiG SA and Zakłady Chemiczne Police SA

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG") reports that on November 4th 2010 PGNiG received the Restructuring Plan for Zakłady Chemiczne Police SA ("ZCh Police"), along with the resolutions approving the Plan passed by ZCh Police's Management and Supervisory Boards.
The documents have been delivered in fulfillment of the condition precedent specified in Annex 4 to the agreement of December 8th 2009 between PGNiG and ZCh Police, the conclusion of which was reported by PGNiG in Current Report No. 52/2010 of August 20th 2010.
