Annex to the Gas Transmission Agreement between PGNiG SA and EuRoPol GAZ SA

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG", “Issuer”) hereby reports that it was notified about signing of annex by System Gazociągów Przesyłowych EuRoPol GAZ SA of Warsaw ("EuRoPol GAZ") dated October 22nd 2010, to the agreement between PGNiG and EuRoPol GAZ of July 1st 2004 on gas transmission from the Kondratki collection point on the Polish-Belarusian border to gas terminals in Włocławek and Lwówek Wielkopolski through the Yamal-Western Europe gas pipeline ("the Agreement").
In the annex to the Agreement PGNiG and EuRoPol GAZ agreed to extend the term of the Agreement from December 31st 2012 to December 31st 2022.
The estimated value of the annex to the Agreement in 2010 – 2022, calculated based on EuRoPol GAZ' transmission tariff of 2010 approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, does not exceed 10% of the Issuer's equity.
Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
