Changes in the composition of the PGNiG Supervisory Board – supplementary information to Current Report

As a supplement to Current Report No. 72/2015 of October 19th 2015, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”, the “Company”) informs that Mr Grzegorz Nakonieczny appointed the Members of the Supervisory Board by the Extraordinary General Meeting of PGNiG SA on October 19th 2015 has stated that he is not engaged in any activities competitive to PGNiG’s business, he is not partner in any competitive civil-law partnership or another type of partnership, or member of the governing bodies of any company competitive to PGNiG, and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
