The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”, “the Company”) hereby reports that the Company has been notified of the resignation of Mr Maciej Kaliski from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of PGNiG as of June 16th 2009 for personal reasons.
