Current Report No. 63/2009 dated May 21st, 2009The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo Spółka Akcyjna (“PGNiG”) hereby reports that on May 21st 2009 it received a notification, made under Art. 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, concerning transaction in PGNiG shares executed by a Secretary of the Supervisory Board – Mr Mieczysław Kawecki.
