Further to the Current Report No. 98/2017 of December 13th 2017 regarding filing by one of the shareholders of an application with the court to declare the Resolution No. 1/IX/2017 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (‘PGNiG’) dated September 13th, 2017 null and void or to revoke it, the Management Board of PGNiG hereby informs, that on November 28th 2019 the Court of Appeal in Warsaw issued a final ruling dismissing the claim.
