Further to the Current Report No. 24/2019 of June 7th 2019, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”, the “Company”) announces that on September 30th 2019 the Company received an information that the condition precedent of the agreement to purchase an interest in King Lear field from Total E&P Norge AS by PGNiG Upstream Norway AS has been met as a result of obtaining the required administrative consents in Norway.
