District Court's ruling on an application for the cancellation of a resolution of the Company's AGM of June 28th 2016

Further to Current Report No. 90/2016 of September 23rd 2016 regarding filing an application with the court for the cancellation of Resolution No. 7/VI/2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (‘PGNiG’, ‘Company’) dated June 28th 2016, whereby the General Meeting refused to grant discharge to Mr Jarosław Bauc, Member of the Management Board of PGNiG S.A., in respect of performance of his duties in the financial year 2015 (‘Resolution’), the Management Board of the PGNiG informs, that on August 29th 2019 District Court in Warsaw (‘District Court’) announced a ruling to revoke the resolution.
The District Court's ruling is non-final. After receiving the written justification of the ruling, the Company will make a decision on the appeal.
