Resignation of Mr Mirosław Szkałuba from the position of Member of the Management Board of PGNiG SA

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG", the "Company") hereby reports that today Mr Mirosław Szkałuba resigned from the position of Member of the Management Board of PGNiG, with effect from December 20th 2013, without giving reasons.
Mr Mirosław Szkałuba was first chosen by the employees for the position of PGNiG SA’s President on March 20th 2008. On March 8th 2011 he was again chosen by the employees for the second term staring on March 13th 2011.
