Warsaw, November 8th 2013Registration of Amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of Association by CourtCurrent report no. 177/2013The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) hereby reports that on November 8th 2013 it received the decision issued by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, dated October 28th 2013, concerning registration of amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of Association adopted by virtue of Resolution No. 2/IX/2013 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PGNiG held on September 5th 2013. The registration of amendments took place on October 29th 2013.
The registered amendments were presented in the current report no. 146/2013 dated September 5th 2013.
