Warsaw, November 29th 2011Revocation of Power of ProxyCurrent Report No. 164/2011The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG") reports that on November 29th 2011 a decision was adopted to revoke the power of proxy of Mr Tadeusz Kulczyk, the director of PGNiG Zielona Góra Branch.The power of proxy was revoked with effect from November 29th 2011.
