The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”, “Company”) announces that it was notified of a decision by Mrs Magdalena Zegarska, Secretary of the PGNiG Supervisory Board, not to stand for re-appointment to the Company’s Supervisory Board.
