(“PGNiG”) hereby announces that on 30 September 2005, it became aware that on 26 September 2005, the Registry Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 19th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered an amendment of PGNiG’s Statute implemented under Resolution No. 2 of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of PGNIG held on 8 August 2005.(see current report no. 63/2005 dated 9 August 2005)Stabilization/FSAhis report does not constitute an offer to sell securities nor an invitation to deliver an offer to purchase any securities.
