The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”, “Company”) announces that on November 14th 2016 it was notified of a decision by Mr Janusz Kowalski, Vice President of the PGNiG Management Board, Operational, not to stand for re-appointment to the Company’s Management Board.
