Changing the date of disclosure of financial statements for the first six months of 2005Legal basis: paragraph 107 section 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers dated 21 March 2005 on the Current and Periodic Information to be disclosed by Issuers of Securitiesurrent report No. 106/2005The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. ("PGNIG") hereby announces that the date of disclosure of the financial statements for the first six months of 2005 has changed from 30 September 2005, as provided in Current Report No. 6/2005 dated 3 June 2005, to the followinf dates:the standalone financial statements for the first six months of 2005 made according to the Polish Accounting Standards will be disclosed on 30 September 2005;he consolidated financial statements for the first six months of 2005 made according to the International Financial Reporting Standards will be disclosed on 30 October 2005.Stabilisation/FSAThis report does not constitute an offer to sell securities nor an invitation to deliver an offer to purchase any securities, dissemination of this report or the contents thereof outside the territory of Poland may be subject to legal restrictions.
