Best Practices for WSE Listed Companies

The main objective of the Best Practices for WSE Listed Companies is to strengthen the WSE listed companies'transparency, improve the quality of communication between the companies and theirinvestors, as well as strengthen the protection of shareholders' rights. As alisted company, PGNiG abides by the Best Practices principles, whereby PGNiG is required to publish, on an annual basis, A Statement on Compliancewith the Corporate Governance Principles.
