07.08.2014 Resignation by PGNiG SA Management Board member
Mr Andrzej Parafianowicz tendered his resignation as Member of the Management Board of PGNiG SA, with effect from August 7th 2014, without stating a reason.
Mr Parafianowicz was appointed to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of PGNiG SA on December 31st 2013. He was responsible for corporate affairs.
On June 18th 2014, the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA suspended Mr Parafianowicz from his duties as Vice-President of the Management Board.
