10.10.2007 Opening of executive recruitment process for membership on the Management Board of PGNiG S.A.

The Supervisory Board of PGNiGAt the meeting held on October 9th decided to open an executiverecruitment process for the Management Board of PGNiG.

The term of current Management Board expires onJanuary 8th 2008. Due to the Regulation ofthe Council of Ministers on Executive Recruitment at Certain Commercial-Law Companies, dated March 18th 2003, theSupervisory Board of PGNiG is obliged to open an executive recruitment processnot later than three months before the expiry of the term of office of the existing members of the Management Board.

The executiverecruitment process will be open for the following positions

  • President of the PGNiGManagement Board
  • Member of the PGNiGManagement Board - Vice-President responsible for finance and economy
  • Member of the PGNiGManagement Board - Vice-President responsible for technology and investments
  • Member of the PGNiGManagement Board - Vice-President responsible for sales and marketing
  • Member of the PGNiGManagement Board - Vice-President responsible for strategic projects

An announcement of the recruitment process will bepublished in the Rzeczpospolita dailyon October 15th 2007. Applications will be opened on November 27th 2007.
