09.01.2020 New Management Board of PGNiG

Supervisory Board of PGNiG appointed the new Management Board of the Company.

On January 9, 2020, the Supervisory Board of PGNiG Polish Oil and Gas Company appointed effective on January 10, 2020 the following members of the PGNiG Management Board for the sixth term of office:
- Jerzy Kwieciński - President of the PGNiG Management Board,
- Robert Perkowski - Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations,
- Jarosław Wróbel - Vice-President of the Management Board for Trade,
and effective on January 15, 2020:
- Przemysław Wacławski - Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance,
- Arkadiusz Sekściński - Vice-President of the Management Board for Development.
The joint term of the Management Board of the Company lasts 3 years.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwa SA recalled, in connection with the expiry of the three-year joint term of office, effective on 9 January 2020:
- Piotr Woźniak - President of the PGNiG Management Board,
- Michał Pietrzyk - Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance,
- Robert Perkowski - Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations,
- Maciej Woźniak - Vice-President of the Management Board for Trade,
- Łukasz Kroplewski - Vice-President of the Management Board for Development.
